Much better day today nice and sunny. We all went for early morning rides . I had a horse called Show Joe and he was lovely apart from wanting to snack on anything green that he spied! We saw deer and a red tailed hawk on the trail. Claire and I decided to go for a walk and look at the wash and waterfalls. We picked up some sticks from the Nature Centre and while there saw several beautiful Humming Birds. We set off and walked alongside a Road Runner.. We took a wrong turning and missed the wash but had a great walk. We had a very lazy afternoon laying by the pool. Alan is lots better but now Claire has got the cold. There was another Barby at the cotton woods this evening, Claire decided to have an early night but the rest of us went down and had some cowboy food! There was another Cowboy singing country music and playing his guitar he had a good voice and we knew a lot of the songs so joined in.....
Nick and John saw an Owl they were so chuffed. We had a game of horseshoe throwing before we went back, Nick got one right on target first time.
