Woke up to a strange noise on roof it was raining, oh no! Claire and I saw a skunk early this morning fancy that. Also saw the beautiful little humming bird again. June was hoping to go loping this morning but it was too wet, Alan still confined to his cabin poor chap. The rest of us went on a walking hike in the Saguaro National Park. Our guide was a lady called Virginia it was very interesting and nice to be walking on our own legs for a change! It rained a bit but not too bad. After lunch Nick and John went for a horse ride while Claire and I went on a photo Hike. Interesting lady we picked up a few tips , was first time I have used our new camera so I think there will be a bit of deleting going on tonight but got a few good shots. June managed to get her lope ride in so she was happy. Watched the horses being let out to run down to where they are fed was a lovely sight. When we got back we found they had lit fires in a lot of the reception rooms was very welcoming and cosy.
