We had planned to walk round Lake Wanaka and up a mountain today but unfortunately the weather was really cloudy. We entertained ourselves with a trip to the Toy & Transport museum just out of town.

Its a collection of thousands of toys and hundreds of cars, trucks and planes. The toys were great, Star Wars figures, Barbie Dolls, toy cars and trains and loads that we recognised from when we were kids!

The transport collection was interesting with loads of old fighter planes, fire trucks and classic cars. We asked how much the whole collection was worth and he told us that it was valued at over 10million - wow!
