Said our farewells to Dave and Sian this morning as they are now moving north - hope to see them again! Spent the morning doing not alot and met up with Sian and Dave in the afternoon to have the day out at the cheese factory and winery. We indulged in a $50 cheese platter which held 2 loaves of bread, 3 slabs of cheese, chorizo sausage, smoked salmon, and of course crackers. Up nice and early to get ready for our day on the slopes and for the first time in 4 days the sun was out! Perfect. Made our way back into Queenstown. Shame the weather has been so rubbish at Milford as we would have stayed longer, but there aint much point walking up a mountain in the rain and clouds. Dave went for the mountain bike ride this morning with Dave, Ben didnt show up. The ride was great fun through tracks in the forest, some quite steep and narrow with lots of jumps on the way round (but we werent able to do them on the account that the bike wasnt the right type or otherwise we would have done, obviously!
