Arrived into the city of Auckland, capital of NZ and with it being Dave's birthday we treated ourselves to a nice 'budget' hotel for the day and night. The feeling of just being able to quickly nip to the loo without having to put your coat and shoes on is pure luxury!

We wandered aimlessly up and down the main street of the city, having nibbles of burgers, doughnuts and cookies before heading back to get ready for our night out!

Stuffing our faces at one of the local chinese joints and feeling extremely full we waddled our way to the Classic Comedy Club and settled with a beer and vino before the show started.

The show itself was hit and miss with about 8 comedians throughout the night. To say we sat right in front of the stage, we didnt get insulted once! They were too busy concentrating on the 'trying to be funny' hecklers! Early hours of the morning, a few drinks later and Dave having had a great birthday we set off back to our 'luxury' hotel.
