Carol and Tonys Travels
Had a day of torrential rain (26/4/14). The first rain since July last year. Creek crossings, the park and most of Exmouth were flooding. Forecast was for 50mm but Willy Weather tells us we had 154mm in 24 hours. Restricted our options a fair bit but we did manage to get into town and get a some shopping done. Went to the pub hoping to watch a bit of footy but Foxtel was down so returned back to camp to cook a roast. Meal turned out really well and we toasted Slug and Joanne with the "Grey Nomad" red they gifted Pete and Eleni.
