The weather cleared as we flew over eastern and southern Iceland so we got great views from the plane as we approached Keflavik airport.
Got off the plane and went to collect our bags, my bag not there, we spoke to service desk and they said bag was left behind in Amsterdam and it would be delivered to the hotel tomorrow morning. We then boarded a crowded bus from airport to Reykjavik Excursions depot then minibus to hotel. Checked in to hotel and got some money from the ATM.
We had dinner at 7.30pm at hotel restaurant then bed at 9pm after 36 hours of flights and transit.
