Got up early this morning to have a shower as we were told that we wouldn't have water for 24 hours from 6:00. As it turned our we had water all day. Teaching was really good fun today - we are getting to know the students really well plus with the assessment pressure over we could relax a bit more. I did a lesson based on a typical day in an English school and then got them to compare it to a Chinese school day. I was amazed to hear that they start school at 7:00 in the morning and finish at 6:00 with homework to do afterwards! Stayed in this evening and finished off 2 more assignments - luckily they were based on lesson plans we had done this week and therefore didn't take up too much time.
