Today we headed out of the city to the Santa Susana Ranch to experience the life of a Gaucho (Argentine Cowboy). We were greeted with fried empanadas (better than baked) and wine. It was a beautifully maintained ranch and we had an opportunity to go for horse ride around their property.
We were served an Argentine BBQ lunch. They love their meat in Agentina!! Beef, chicken and sausage! We were entertained with music and dancing and after plenty of Argentine wine everyone was participating.
Then the Gauchos showed off their riding skills with a great performance. They also demonstrated how their well trained dogs could manage the horses.
Fun day on an Argenitine ranch!
