Today we took a tour of the Sacred Valley. The views of this valley were beautiful and greens with views of the terraces built in this region. We learned about the farming techniques in this mountainous terrain. We stopped in the town of Pisac and learned more about the silver jewelry making and the baby lama wool products. Today we arrive in Cusco, Peru and stayed at the beautiful hotel Aranwa. We had a bit of altitude adjustment at 10,000 feet. The hotel actually vents additional oxygen in the rooms to assist with the adjustment and coca tea is also recommended. Cusco is Peru's Historical Capital City, as well as America's Archeological Capital City. We took an afternoon tour which included the Cathedral in the Plaza, the temple of the Sun as well as the ruins of Sacsayhuaman....

We arrived in Lima for a day lay over before our flight to Cuzco. We had this view of the Palace Of Justice from our hotel window. We ventured out for the evening in this historical center.
