Neil's Round the World Trip!
I got up early for classes and was running a bit late so had to gulp down my usual rolls and tea. I got to the school and had my class with Tuki. She's crazy and a little OTT (especially at 8ish in the morning). She talks alot which is bad as the whole point is for the student to speak so I wasn't too happy. We covered the past tense and did some exercise. On my break I basked in the sun and sipped on my banana milkshake.
I returned to my class and we covered future tense although she spent the majority of the the last hour talking about how she was robbed in Italy and spent a week dodging conductors on trains and sleeping in churches after she pleaded with nuns.
I didn't really like her as a teacher and don't want her again. I walked back in the beautiful sunshine and had lunch with my family. We had soup with french fries floating in it...strange but fair enough. We then had spaghetti bolongnese which was delicious.
Marina took me into the back garden and then behind the wall into some wasteland. We heard some quacking and underneath a corrugated piece of iron was a duck and her cute little ducklings. Marina scooped up the ducklings and put them in her garden, the duck followed. We then fed the ducks some food and water. The Camacho's dogs (little sausage dogs) ran aroundthe garden excited with their little tails wagging!
I sat in my room studying but it was freezing so I just sat outside in the sunshine and looked over my stuff drinking Coke. I tried to call Quantas but couldn't get through so I will phone tomorrow. I went back to the house and had some weird lentil sauce and rice. I then looked over my Spanish after watching a bit of Bolivian telly and later had some tea and rolls with the Camachos and we chatted about how our day had been.
I went to bed at 11pm although was woken up later by the two Siamese cats fighting!
