So today was supposed to be Thai cooking class, where you actually go yourself and pick the ingredients needed to go in your chosen meal... How cool is that! Clearly I'm already amazing at making satay chicken so of expect someone to pay me to cook that! Haha so I'm thinking pad Thai is too straight forward so il get them to teach me the Thai green curry, just so I can show you how hot they actually can make it here!! We were getting picked up at 9:15am from the next street down from our house, but we didn't wake up until 9:30 :/ ooops! We still tried to make a run for it but the bus was well gone!! :( so that was today out the window so we went back to the room and slept all day!!!

We later went to see the tour operator and said we were disappointed that the bus didn't even turn up this morning after waiting an hour for it and that we early too! To be honest we didn't feel bad for lying because they've messed us around enough by keeping us waiting hours on buses etc so they had it coming :o and she agreed to re arrange it for another day next week, bonus ;) and I promise il stay in the night before this one... ;) yeah, right! Teeheehee...

So later on we finally left bangkok and got the night sleeper train to Chang mai. The train is such a cool idea, the seats fold out into bunk beds so after the 15hour journey it takes to get there you can just sleep the whole way and wake up there in the morning! :) well, everyone but Michael that is, it's now 5:08am and I'm still not remotely tired after sleeping all day today! So looks like my sleeping pattern is screwed once again from staying up until 5 every morning! :/ plus I pulled the short straw by being on the top bunk which is closed off from the window so i'm absolutely boiling sweating and the light above me is flickering in my face! But on the bright side it cost us £11 so how good is that and tomorrow we check into a guest house with a swimming pool so we can relax all day by the pool on sunday before our two day trekking adventure in the forest with the elephants on Monday!!! Wahooo!!!
