So arrived back in Bangkok, was such a drag to be back were both tired and just wanna relax and get some sun but bkk is just so busy and hectic its impossible to chill :( we arrived too late to do the cooking class yet again as the train was over an hour late! Plus think I got two hours sleep in the end before a guy came opening all the curtains on the sleeper train and shouting "up, up, get out of bed now!" No darl, clearly you don't know who I am? I rolled over and fell asleep again ;) when I finally got the energy to get up he was sat right outside waiting to make my bed, I was the last person to get up :/ then I had to wait over half an hour until we arrived in bkk, so clearly no need to make me get up, dick...

First thing we did was change the cooking class to tomorrow, then checked into a new guesthouse for the night, top guesthouse it was called, we thought we may as well try a new one but it cost us 550 baht for just a fan, would have been 650 with air con which means like £12 so £6 each for just a fan whereas at the last place we got air con too for less than a fiver so if I return to bkk we'll go back to the other one again :)

We priced up the cost of sending a box of clothes home, it cost £20 for big box of 10kg and takes 2-3 months by sea!! I think I'd rather just throw my clothes away now and buy new ones rather than going through the hassle of sending stuff to the UK it's not worth the hassle...

That night we went out for a drink, which turned into buckets which turned into visiting the tattoo parlour and getting pierced! As you do... We both wanted our tragus pierced, (the bit that sticks out on your ear in front) and we told our tour operator Sophie we wanted them doing, she was like 'Bangkok is the place to get it done! Go down two buckets of booze and head butt each other then you'll be numb enough to hack it!" that we did! Annie's already had one done so she went first so I could watch and I was mortified! I thought that they still used a gun like when I got my ear pierced as a kid, but he literally just shoves a needle through by hand!

Didn't look too bad though so still wanted it doing, when I sat in the chair he didn't even talk to me he just started drawing on my ear where I should have it, I daren't even tell him that I wanted it on the other ear, I was just like "yeah, okay - just do it" :s it was horrible he seemed to shove the needle through so slowly and you can hear like your skin just crunching, then at the end the tip pops through the skin! I felt sick! As soon as it was done though it was fine and we were furled up to go and carry in partying!! ;)

We met our two friends that we'd met last week in bkk, we were dancing in a club and she was hiding behind me from some guy, so we got talking and she's crazy! So we got along fine :) so we met them and went to a new club down Kao San but left after one drink as it was so packed I was frightened someone was gonna rip my ear off! :/ after a few hours I was done, I was ready to just go to sleep to get ready for tomorrow, so 5:00am, burger king (needed something filling, cheap and fast) and then bed! (for another exciting two hours) :(
