Hi!

I finished my Spanish course today! Woo hoo! Am I fluent in Spanish?...No! However, my Spanish is better than what it was - not that difficult really when the only Spanish word I knew was "gracias"! I feel as if I learn more outside the classroom, so hopefully when I start work I will get better. If I have enough time I might have some private lessons too. This evening Maggie 1, Maggie 2, Kevin, Polly and I went to Recoleta. We ended up having a meal in a restaurant called Romario Pizza...this is a chain of restaurants and there's a one a couple of blocks away so no real need to go all the way to Recoleta! You live and learn though! However, all was not lost as we went to a beautiful bar called Milion, a converted French mansion with lots of private rooms. After Milion we just chilled out courtesy of La Casa de Fitz Roy! Chilling here is pretty lethal though and before I knew it I was falling asleep on the sofa around 6am - needless to say I then went to bed!
