Friday we woke up from our last night in luxury before having to check back into hostels! Laura was annoyed that she found it so easy to say goodbye yesterday as today she feels very sad, it's a lot quieter without mums and dads around! We left our hotel and headed for our hostel where we would spend the next couple of nights as tomorrow Kate and Max are meeting us for the weekend! We spent the afternoon planning Cambodia and Vietnam before heading to the cinema at Siam Square to watch Taken 3 to cheer ourselves up a bit as we were both feeling very quiet, after we heading back to the hostel and went to bed.

Saturday we met Kate and Max at 10:30, it was so good to see them! We headed off to Siam Square Pavilion for some dinner where we just talked about our adventures and got very excited about our trip to Vietnam in a couple of weeks where we will be reunited again. We spent the rest of the day shopping in MBK and chilling at Kate and Max's hotel, making us slowly feel better about our parents departure. Kate and Max headed out for a fancy meal which was a birthday present to Kate so we ate at a Thai restaurant near the hostel then chilled out until they returned. The four of us spent the rest of the evening drinking and playing cards on our hostels roof terrace which was fun.

Sunday we met Kate and Max at 12:00 and headed to 7/11 for 'breakfast'. After we took the sky train to Chatuchak Market for another day of shopping!!! Laura and Kate bought 6 bags between them! We sampled paella off of the famous giant paella saucer which was really tasty and sat in the park to rest our poor feet! Kate and Max had to head to the airport at 17:00, it was an happy goodbye as the next time we see them is in under 2 weeks and we will spend quite a few weeks with them and Michael so we are soooo excited! We headed back to our hostel and packed our bags as tomorrow we say goodbye to Thailand after 2 months and head to Cambodia.
