Pulled up to camp last night and had some more repairs to do. Our camper is falling apart... one of the cupboard doors is laying in the camper floor amongst the red dust :) Our 12V lights are not working and Garry's engel plug needed re-wiring. It must have been thirsty work as the boys were quite merry by the time they finished!

Indi woke the whole camp up this morning, lil miss chatterbox in bed before everyone else is up ;)
Got away by 8am and we are on the road again! With 3 bush camps under our belt hopefully we make it to Marble Bar today and it will be a race for the shower block ;)

Driving thru Lake Auld and it was unreal to see our first big salt lake. Very pretty and a surreal sight to see in the desert.
Took the scenic route passed the dump through the community of Punmu after missing the turnoff before town :)
Stopped near Telfer Mine where we had about 2 bars of mobile coverage to call family and most importantly post our blog! ;)
We have decided to take a shortcut to Nullagine thru the Skull Springs Road after we were told the road was the same condition as what we had been travelling on, which our camper was handling ok.
We are on this road now and not sure which road old mate was talking about but it certainly wasn't this one!! So it was a late arrival at Nullagine to set up camp at the caravan park. So pizza all round it was for dinner from the local pub.
Had the best warm shower before bed, (first one in 3 days... haha) was so nice to wash our hair... Indi's braids had almost matted to her head ;)
