Quiet couple of days here as Caleb is still unwell from the gastro. He perks up a bit, even went on a bike ride yesterday with Shaun, Garry and the kids but then just goes downhill again. He has bad stomach cramps with the diarrhoea and we thought the vomiting was over but he was sick again this arvo. He's just upset he cant go and play and have fun now. Even asked to go home home yesterday :(
We managed to take him down to the fish feeding yesterday arvo. It was great, Caleb loved it, wants to go everyday now. Indi however didn't like it when the fish would swim past and touch her :) can't blame her... they were pretty big spangled emperors. It was unreal to see them waiting at the shore for their food and then they almost take it from your hands.
Shaun, Garry and the other fellas went to the pub for drinks last night. I could hear Shaun giggling as he got home and they were both very quiet today so I think a good night was had by all ;)
Heard about a bad gastro outbreak in the Pilbra region where kids have been hospitalised... thats where we had come from :( Took Caleb to see the local nurse just to get him checked out but we basically just have to let it take its course. I got some tips for the rest of the trip from the lovely nurse though.
Had a look at the couple of shops while we were up there, kids got a lucky dip each and Indi got a new hat :)
Sal cooked up some awesome mashed veges for dinner, so we all had a lovely dinner, Caleb is still not eating though. It was another early night for all as the boys were tired from parting and kids all needed an early night too.
