We left Renner Springs at about 3am to avoid the heat and headed for Mt Isa. Arrived there in the arvo and it was very hot and dry. Last night we bush camped at the old Victoria river crossing. Nice spot on the rocky river bed, kids played hunters and gathers and collected all different types of rocks. Arriving in Lake Argyle we couldn't wait to have a dip in the infinity pool, so it was a quick set up, togs on then we all hit the pool.
