Today luck was on my side (for once!).

I got up early and caught up on some e-mails and whatnot before heading off to class. I spent my afternoon in the library reading and doing some research for my AUS paper. I started to panic when I looked at my organizer and realized that my paper is due right when I get back from Sydney! So technically I should have done my paper over the weekend…oh no, wait, I was gone at weekend. Perfect. So when was I going to do the paper?? Monday and Tuesday I have class and Thursday I'm leaving…so that leaved me with Wednesday. One full day to research a paper, write it, edit it, and print it out. Possible? Yes. Is that my typical style? Absolutely not. I get a knot in my stomach just thinking about it.

So I went to class with this dilemma over my head….when, during the break…the best thing ever happened! My TA, Rob, announced that we were given a one week extension on our essays! WHOOOOO! They whole class was ridiculously excited!! Including myself! This takes so much weight on my shoulders….now when I am in Sydney + on my birthday, I won't have to panic so much. I mean I want to get some research done this week, but if it doesn't happen, it won't be the end of the world. I wonder if our extension had anything to do with Rob attending the Sydney trip too! Haha

So now I am in my room….content, knowing that I can sleep in peace for the next week or so. I have another assignment due Wednesday, but I did that last week (see guys, I do SOME school work!).

Oh and another good thing today….Alyssa, Aeren, and I booked our bridge climb for Sydney! Its sort of my semi-birthday celebration!!!

Anyways, I'm exhausted!!! And I have class all day tomorrow plus a road trip to K-mart for some last minute things before I head off on another crazy adventure!
