The pic tonight is Roger's fist drawing of the trip.
He's supposed to be drawing while I write the blog. It's the cathedral from where we start tomorrow morning. It's strange starting off with the country's capital city as I'm sure we will be going through it's smallest and most countrified areas. We did huge areas of the city by foot today - everything from the Gucci and Versace shops through to limbless beggars....not many of either I'm glad to say. Food and wine impressive and getting a hang of the language although it's difficult to understand. Roger has warned we are in for a boring few days walk while we get out of the city and the weather forecast is atrocious. So he's setting the alarm now and talking up what a great adventure we are going to have. Just a few last minute worries from me, thinking why aren't we in Antigua on a super yacht. Here's hoping there's wifi tomorrow on the industrial estate where we are staying.

Jackie Nixon Hi there, glad to hear that you're ready for the off, just hope that the weather improves a bit for you soon. Katherine pop round last night, to see Naomi. She looked well and was excited about the possibility of getting a spot to busk in, in Covent Garden. Naomi has been staying with us this week while she recovers from her tooth operation. The building work is progressing fairly slowly, but we are assured that it will finish on time by the end of May - Ha Ha! Bye for now, take care. xx
