Got up slowly 10ish, playing pool at the hostel before getting the minibus service into town. It may be free, but we melt on the way. False economy? Who knows. First stop is Coles to buy foodies for a Kangaroo barbie in the communal area by the beach. Then a flat white at what Trip Advisor says is the top coffee place in Cairns.

It was alright.

Then to the Esplanade to cooky our foods. People next to us where expecting to cook for 50... But only 5 turned up. Result meant we for free onions off them. Nom.

Then a shleep, followed by another FroYo. Oh my days it's tasty. Would take a pic, but they are eaten too quickly!

Chilled out in the Muddys Place thing in the Esplanade. It was gorgeous. Went for a quick dip, and then sunbathe.

Quick shop for din dins then walk back to hostel to cook. After dinner we checked out the local BMX track that's 5 mins from this hostel. And event was happening... All the children of Cairns seeming participating.

Then laundry, and pack... As we have to move to another hostel tomorrow. (And do the Great Barrier Reef at 0730... Time for bed now then!)
