A good night's sleep in beds with no sand, and a very considerate couple (also keen on a night of uninterrupted sleep!) in the other 2 beds in our dorm, so even Foxy was looking perky when we got up this morning. We'd hoped to make the most of free tea and toast for breakfast in the hostel kitchen this morning. Unfortunately, when we check out we discover that the kitchen is closed for cleaning, so we jump on the hostel's shuttle to Noosa Junction. Ha...

Take away coffee cup, but oh what a coffee. Perfect temperature. Distinct flavour. Subtle hue in ma mouth. Caffeine punch at the end. ...a real shame that this was a travelling on the bus job. :( Almost chocolaty in texture and mouthfeel, perhaps even hints of dark chocolate in the coffee itself. Subtle pleasant lingering aftertaste. Honourable note for the pastries, one of the best pain au chocolats we've had. Very bad for us.AF

Emergency coffee after our 6.30am pick up for Dropbear Adventures. It's a 7-Eleven so, our expectations were low... But it was also only $1 so, bargain! And their banana bread wasn't bad either.We thought it was the best of our cheap coffees, earning 2.0. AB
