Arrived in the Jungle yesterday. Currently staying in the weekend lodge (which has a pool), except my room has rats, but thts jst normal apparently. Normally we would have gone in to the lodge in the jungle last nite, but this week thers a camping trip into the jungle to see the worlds largest salt lick. A place where thousands of animals gather. Had to pay for the trip but its werth it as they only go once a year (quite lucky i came this week). All the volunteers seem great, nice and friendly. There is only 13 of us at the moment but more will keep arriving. I plan to tka elots of photos this week so il post them up next weekend! Everything is really cheap, and im pretty good at haggling, so everyone was making me get cheap things for them (one way of making friends anywho) We are planning on having a mini olympics today to pass the time, water volley, basketball, limbo, spoons and an obsticle course. who ever wins doesnt have to pay for the weekend lodge.
