Here we are at the Bridge of Sighs, before the rain set in!! We went sightseeing today, including a walking tour around San Marco and also a tour on the canals. A bit disappointing for A and K, because on the canal tour, we couldn't see anything out of the boat for the fogged up windows!!! Lets hope the weather is a bit kinder tomorrow. There are still plenty of people around, and being Easter, some shops have been closed, but all of that considered, it's such an amazing place that it doesn't matter ... it's still Venice!!!! We are having a little respite from the weather now, back in our hotel for an hour or so, and then will find somewhere VERY close for dinner. We each already have one pair of totally soaked shoes and jeans!!! All well and wonderful!! C'est la vie!!! Xx
