So, here we are on the fast train to Roma. We arrived at the station in Venice the required 1 hour early, and the earlier train was still sitting at the station, so we were able to change our ticket for the 8:32 instead. Hooray!! We are staying in a hotel about 500m from the main station, so hopefully that will be handy!!
Here is a piksha of us at S Marco Square yesterday. It was a very memorable day! They even have stair police, so if you sit on the steps in the square they rouse at you to stand up! Tourists!!!! Anyway, we can soon say, "When in Rome .......!!" :-) Arrivederci! Xx
