We decided to head north and had picked a campsite just out of Macksville.Before heading to the campsite we picked up some supplies in Macksville.

The campsite was called Gumma Reserve and it was by the river.Unfortunately for us, the campsite was a good spot to put boats in the river and therefore there were about 20 caravans already set up, and they looked like they'd been there a while.

We found a site and set up, this was followed by a cup of tea and a piece of carrot cake which we had purchased at a Sunday market in Port Macquarie.Dinner later on and then an early night as the mozzies were out in force.Kylie got bitten on her hand prior to the move indoors and before long her hand was extremely swollen - I don't think Kylie and her affinity with mozzies is good for the camping lifestyle.

The next morning we made a late decision to move on before the park ranger showed up and asked for previous nights fee.
