It's been over a month since the previous blog entry. We are still staying at Howard Springs with Keith and Wendy. During the time we have been here we have enjoyed: Supercars the weekend of 16th - 18th June Botanical Gardens Freds Pass, Palmerston, Mindil and Nightcliff Markets Speedway Dinner at the Casino, Darwin River Pub NT Day down at Lee Point Beach Lunch at Dundee Beach, caught up with Pauline, her son and grandchildren. Sunday 12th June we arrived back into Darwin just after 5am....... After breakfast Keith came out the airport to pick us up. On arrival back to Keith and Wendy's place in Howard Springs we crashed into the bus to catch up on Zzzzzzzz, as not much sleep was had on the flight back. On leaving Alice Springs we stopped the night at Conners Well, 80km north of Alice.The next morning we started our day in shorts and singlets as the weather has certainly warmed up. Our first day in Darwin, after getting our bearings, when spent the afternoon and evening at Mindil Market. The food and sunset were amazing.
