After checking out of Lee Point Resort on Monday morning, spent the day running around Darwin shopping and getting more supplies, yes more prawns. Left Darwin about 2pm, stopped at Berri Springs for a swim before setting up camp 60 south of Darwin at Manton River Rest area.
Tuesday, we headed out to Litchfield National Park for a couple of days. Saw beautiful falls and plunge pools. Did heaps of walks, stayed one night at Wangi Falls followed by a breakfast walk at the Cascades, before going down to Walker Creek. Back to Wangi Falls for another swim, had lunch there before heading back out of Litchfield NP.
Cooked up not Jackies Wakefield chops, as we renamed ours version of Wakefield to Litchfield Chops.
