Having decided to get the train to Valencia yesterday instead of driving we left ourselves with quite a long drive to do today. We spent the morning on schoolwork and then set off for the 3.5 hour drive with the Kindles ready... and although it was hot it was actually not too bad a drive. Orange trees, orange trees, orange trees and then up through the hills before descending into Alicante, along the coast and our weekend at La Marina - just in time for a quick explore and walk to the beach before dinner.
