Feeling much better today :). Hoping am slowly mastering this altitude nonsense! Visted Tiwanaku today. Perhaps not the most visually stunning ruins but can't help being impressed that these pre-Incan peoples were successfully ruling Lake Titicaca for nearly 3,000 years with only bronze tools. Loved the carved monoliths, especially "Bennet" whom sadly refuses to be photographed. Still Duo Topini did their best to get in photos with the others. Naughty!

Cycled the World's Most Dangerous Road!!! Started at 4,800 metres & finished, exhausted, at 1200 metres. Absolutely freezing cold for the first few hours but absolutely beautiful as we descended through the clouds. Def one of the most mentally challenging feats I have ever attempted.
