According to the Lonely Planet, Tegucigalpa is the most dangerous city in Central America :0! All I can say is my room looks like a cell with greige paint & some serious locks on the door. Also burger king food is as bad here as it is at home! Only eating & sleeping (& blogging here ;) ) as closest to the border as we cross to Nicaragua. Time for bed...alarm set for 4.30 am!!!

2 days in West End Roatan. Where to start....do not come here....it is a dive full of hideous American tourists which then gets flooded with more Americans when the cruise ships dock :(.
