Travelled to Portsmouth today, on the way we came across a castle! Surprise, surprise. So we decided to make a slight detour and take a look.
Arundel castle is the home of the 18th Duke of Norfolk, pretty impressive! the weather was pretty bad, it fact Brighton was experiencing the tail end of cyclone Irene, it was a windy couple of days and unfortunately it has followed us to Portsmouth.
We got to Portsmouth pretty late in the day, but we did manage to get a few shots between showers.
A highlight of the day was dinner we discovered a Jamie Oliver Italian restaurant we had a great meal! probably the best meal we have had so far!
