Another day of sightseeing, there is so much to see and do, just hard getting around with crowds and traffic.
Last night we went to the West End and watched Phantom of the Opera, pretty amazing it was a full house and it has been showing for 20+ years! We really enjoyed the performance and it prepares us for Broadway.
We spent most of the morning at the Victoria & Albert Museum which was pretty amazing, I would say it is the best museum I have ever been in!
We had lunch at the museum and caught the tube back into London, Sarah met a friend from her Europe trip so I travelled around and saw some things Sarah had already done.
First I travelled to Buckingham Palace, tickets to get inside were sold out days ago so I could only view from the outside, but that was pretty good, the weather was really nice so I walked around Hyde Park for a while.
I then navigated myself to the London Eye, I stood in line for an hour or so and finally got tickets. I'm glad I was patient because it was well worth the wait. The views were spectacular and I got some good photos (I think).
I walked back from the Marble Arch through Kensington Gardens to our accommodation at Bayswater.
