Spent whole day in Bath, pretty impressive. Started the day with a tour of the Roman Baths, best museum we have been to so far! Climbed aboard city bus tour and spent rest of the day hopping on and off bus. At first the architecture in Bath is a little overwhelming, all the buildings are sandstone and look the same, however it grows on you!Visited the Bath Abbey, amazing ceiling, Sarah got some good photos. Today we travelled to Winchester the home of King Arthurs Round Table, we toured the Great Hall and walked through the city. Travelled a little further to Stonehenge,pretty impressive, pictures don't do it any justice. Had lunch at Salisbury at the mill house, drank Pims and had nice lunch. Travelled on to Old Sarum, 12th Century remains of castle. Arrived in Bath late in the day, very surprising city, look forward to spending few days here, lots to see.

Arrived today in Southampton after mammoth journey! Nice weather, not raining. Collected our hire car, nice black number. Walked around to get our bearings, found the Titanic Museum which was pretty interesting. Went and visited a Tudor House walked through the house which included an air raid shelter.
