Moving hotels sucks. That could pretty be the end of this blog, but I suppose I should enlighten you all with my day. As I said, we moved hotels today and we have an excess of luggage to haul around at the moment which makes it harder. Our bags don't fit through the turnstiles at the tube stations and there are only stairs wherever we go. Our new apartment is brilliant, we are on the south side of the Thames so there is less going on on this side, but that's ok there is a tube station down the road. Our main excursion was to the Imperial War Museum which was very interesting. We spent three hours and didn't even see all the exhibits. We still have to see the holocaust exhibit and art gallery. Some of the things we saw today are the last will and testament of Adolf Hitler, the letter declaring war on Germany for WWII, the letter of surrender from Germany in WWII, the bronze eagle from the top of the Reichs Building during the Nazi era and many more interesting exhibits and artifacts. It has been a long day but we still have plenty more to see so it's not going to start slowing up soon.
