After today I have a real urge to watch Braveheart again. We went to Edinburgh Castle this morning after a quick tour around the new city which is a Georgian city. We saw the house of the man who invented antiseptic surgery, where Robert Louis Stevenson was raised and the island he used as inspiration for Treasure Island. Have had a fairly uninteresting day today. We stopped in a little mountain resort called Pitlochrie to see a fish ladder (where fish swim upstream) and have a little look around the town. There were no fish in the stream at the moment so fairly boring. The definite highlight of the day was our stop at St Andrews. We had a walk around town and saw the old castle and the cathedral but the main reason the people know St Andrews is because of the golf course. I walke...
