Goodbye Coral Bay. Up at 6.30 to help Larissa and Adam pack up as they have decided to drive the whole way to Perth today - 1200 klms. We gave the kids breakfast and they were packed up and on their way by 8 am. We packed up the annexe and headed out of Coral Bay by 9.15 am. We stopped for a cup of tea at a roadhouse and arrived at Carnarvon around 12.15pm. We are at the Big 4 Plantation caravan Park for 3 nights. Set up and had a drive into town for lunch and booked into the Carnarvon Hotel for dinner. Came back to camp for a nap and to watch Aussie kayak 4 men get a gold medal. Went back into town for a lovely dinner of pan fried snapper which was stunning. Gerry had lamb shank. Home to watch a bit more Olympic games.
