Still have a sore throat which is quite annoying although the aches in my shoulders seem to have dissipated a bit. Decided to do a load of washing despite the threatening bad weather and rain through the night. Hung it out on the line as the wind should have it dry quickly if rain stays away. Probably not much chance of that as one old farmer in the park is praying for rain to help his crops and it is forecast. Our plan today is to drive to the coast and visit Dongarah and Port Dennison. We drove over and the closer we got the windier it got. We had a coffee at Port Dennison bakery and had a look around the port and the beaches etc. we drove back to Dongarah and checked out the few shops in the town centre. After a look around the town there we settled on a Cafe for lunch. The weather is not good for sight seeing as it is raining on and off and very windy - not too cold though. We drove back to Mingenew and finished off the laundry in the dryer. We drove up to the lookout over the town and then drove to the grain holding sheds - biggest holding containers of grain in the southern hemisphere. Had a bit of a read and decided to go to the pub again for dinner. We both decided on the grilled chicken special. The pub is for sale and is a very busy business. Home for an early night for an early start tomorrow. We hope to get to New Norcia for the 11 am tour.
