Up fairly early this morning as we wanted to go in to the markets to stock up on veggies. So after breakfast we headed into town. Another absolutely glorious day very warm no wind - around 27. Bought some local produce and came back to camp and headed out for a walk to Morel's Fruit and Veg shop up the highway. Bought some oranges and a black sapote (otherwise known as Chocolate Pudding Fruit) to try. There is a large array of fruit and veg to buy on every corner - even a little honesty box in the caravan park where I bought some beans yesterday. Drove out to Chinaman's Pool where Carnarvon once got their water supply. Went to RiverFum Cafe again for lunch and had toasted sandwiches, iced coffee and shared a scone with cream and jam. UDid some washing and went to IGA to get some supplies. We then headed out to Mia Boulia beach and did some fishing. Nice location after about 20 klm of dirt road to get there, where the Gascoyne River runs out to sea. I caught a flathead and a small bream. We threw them back and after a couple of hours relaxing and fishing we packed up and went back to town. Collected washing and started to pack up ready for departure in the morning to Monkey Mia. Cooked chicken satay stir fry and rice for dinner.
