We had to have a 4 hour drive to Whitby today, we need to get in as much as we can now. This is one of my favourite places in the world. Captain Cook set off from here to discover Aus & the last time we were here the Endeavour was in the harbour. We are staying at The Duke of York Hotel & have French doors opening out onto the harbour. At £60, I think it's a bargain. We were lucky to get a room tonight. Now the suns gone down it's lit up & there are people everywhere. The kids are on school holidays & its halloween soon so its party time. It's really pretty.
