This was our favourite place, starting with Heidi & Paul ( our hosts ) she grew up in the area & had the most delightful accent & was really bubbly & helpful. The harbour is the 3rd deepest in the world & it was full of very big sailing ships & naval vessels. There were service men & woman everywhere so a good bit of eye candy for Bob & I. We had some lovely homemade vege soup & a creamed tea at the huge church in the centre of town & a wonder around the shops. We missed out on eating at Rick Steins restaurant as we didn't see it till leaving. It's right on the water.
What stands out the most is the beautiful flowers everywhere, the sweets shops, the smokers & the amount of people on walking sticks.
