Saying for the day: Love is not a reason to tolerate disrespect.
July 17: 46 degrees Hi 66
We had a nice lazy morning and then went with Clay for a drive all around - saw cod pots, float nets, guide doors, nets, and boats and passed the Oyster Farm. Lots of interesting sights to see today.
Cooked up some Halibut for dinner, yum! And a walk to the pier to see the crabbers and what they've caught today. Not much!
July 18: 47 degrees high 67
A nice relaxing day today, again. Rode with Clay in the golf cart to see the fish catch that came in and the fishermen filleting the Ling Cod, Tuna, and Chicken Halibut - called Chicken because they're small, not like the big 100 and 200 lb. Halibut.
Our usual walk to the pier.
July 19: 57 degrees high 69
Every morning we see the Coast Guard flying their Sikorsky Jayhawks around the Marina, they're really loud here, but it's cool to watch.
We have Clay over to eat with us, some good Ham and potato soup and salad with peach cobbler and Blueberries for dessert. Oregon Blueberries, the best!
Walk out to the pier, our nightly ritual, and look for the crabbers and the boats coming back in to the marina.
