Day 52:
Well the old girl on her birthday yet again. My younger sister being the first with birthday wishes - lovely of her but it was 5:03 am over here not the 8:03 she thought. And so the morning continued with 'where are you and what time is it' calls from various friends and family. Thank you so much for thinking of me.
We have had a quiet day as the next four are on the Nullarbor again and boring as with lots of driving so I just felt like a vegetation day. Went down to the markets and then a drive around the beaches again, not as windy today and lots of people out and about. Ended up at the Pier Hotel for lunch - okayish but I know my Wally will cook a beautiful dinner for me so we are going to sit outside and read the Sunday paper with a glass of vino eventually.
That is it for the day, it's my birthday and I can do what I like. I actually got a photo of the two of us, not great Shaye but I insisted and I was dressed for protection from sunburn so rather daggy travel outfit. Suffice to say OMG.
At Fraser Range station tomorrow night - not sure of reception as always.
Much love to all those who care about me in my adage.
So proud of my baby boy for securing his first PAID casual teaching days even before completing uni. Well done my darling one.
