Day 64: Our night at Ararat was very disturbed by not only trains that felt like they were using our van as the rail tracks but we heard what we thought was a gun shot and then multiple sirens happening for what seems like hours. Day 63: A trail of art for the day (about 100kms in total), how lovely for one of our last days in the country area of Victoria. We left Ouyen for Patchewollock, really what a name, for the first of six sites. These decommissioned silos have all been painted by varying artists and with such differing styles although all country themes. Day 61: To market, to market to buy? Well we were not sure but we wanted tuna at least. Headed in towards Adelaide CBD and at 9 AM it was quite pleasant driving even when we found carpark and could pick any site we wanted nearly. Day 3: Survived another night of cold not nearly as bad with our extra blankie but both woke at 5 discussed the coldness and the fact it was raining and we wished it would stop dripping on our van. We left our motel at 7am and in 10 min we were in a queue to board the Spirit for our return to the mainland. Finally parked and on board by 8:15 and then left at nine.
