We arrived by bus into Helsingør and walked along the harbour to Kronborg Castle for a self-guided tour of the royal apartments, church and casemates.

Ramparts had excellent views across the Oresund to Helsingborg in Sweden.

We then walked back through the old town to the train station stopping for an ice cream each then caught train back to Copenhagen.
