Sunday 15th June

We weren't feeling very healthy this morning but no time to spare as we need to return the Spaceship back by 4pm and we want to make the most of the sights on the way home. First stop Shag Point, and much to Mark's dismay it is basically just a sign, never the less we stop for some pictures (for future jokes) and then make our way to stop number two, Moreki Boulders....these are really cool boulders that are completely round and look like dinosaur eggs lining the coast. Some looked liked cracked shells. We took many photos posing with them. Definitely worth a visit. Movie scene number two. These boulders actually appear in Chronicles of Narnia.

We stop in Omerau to see the penguins however they only come out and dusk and we do not have time so it's back in the van, a quick stop in Macca's as our stomaches are finally feeling not as fragile.

We get back to Chch nice and early however we spend nearly an hour at the petrol station queuing up for the car wash ( we had to return it clean and hoovered) we ended up dropping the van back just after 5. It feels good to be home although so weird to think we only have one more day left.....
