So today we were going to go to sunway lagoon water park but I researched it online and it costs a little too much for our budget. We walked to the Melaka square after our 7/11 breakfast.
It's the square that was once a famous cricket ground and where the independence of Malaysia was announced and the British flag was pulled down and the Malaysian flag risen. Scott spotted a couple having fun on a one wheel Segway, only there was no stick to control it. You controlled it with you feet and your balance, they're pretty cool but look stupidly hard to use! Surprise surprise he asked for a go and he was pretty good at it!
we ended up having a good old chat to them and melted in the sun in the process!

Afterwards we got some lunch and went back to the room as it was nearly closing time for the sun and opening time for the thunderstorm! We facetimed home and watched some movies on the tele. Still with a huge pile of washing sitting there screaming at us 'wash us' we washed a few items not knowing where to hang them, and with no window to allow sunlight in and dry them! Fingers crossed they'll dry on their own accord!

We got ready and went down town to the undiscovered part of the city, the street with all the bars and restaurants! We googled the pub we were going to to watch the 'big game' ...man utd v Everton.

We had two pints each and they went down an absolute treat!
Man Utd lost to the team 12th in the tables Scott was livid and we left 10 minutes before the match even ended!
The rest of the evening was going to be pleasant!
Walking back he just had his usual rant on, I took him to McDonald's to try n cheer him up... A way to a man's heart is his stomach! Well in Scott's case it is anyways!
