We got up early and showered ready to be out of the hotel by 7.30am this morning. We were going to catch the sumo training before it finished! We had a lie in this morning and fart arsed about sorting out our bags because they were a total mess! We went out for lunch at about 1pm, it was raining and a miserable day so there wasn't much we could do! We were both suffering from sinus and headaches so we went back to the room and had a duvet day and watched the rain through the window! Cities are miserable in the rain! We got up early again this morning to go and scout out the sumo stables and watch the sumos train. We had to change trains and found it difficult to find the station that we needed, we ended up getting to the stable just as they finished! Absolutely gutted. We got up early this morning and went down to the fish market. We were going to get up and be down the market for 5am to watch the tuna auction but they only allow 60 people in at a time and we didn't want to be down there at that time in the morning and not be able to get in. Another gorgeous and hot day in Tokyo today! We grabbed a family mart breakfast and headed to Ueno Zoo to find some Giant Pandas! It was only two stops on the metro, I'm slowly getting used to the metro, you have to select the fair amount depending on what station you are getting off at, however the station nearest to us doesn't have the English version so I've had to memorise the metro map a little and if we get stuck try to communicate with the non English ...
