Day 32 - Darwin

The day started with Brendan cooking us yummy french toast for breakfast. I did some washing then Rog & Bren headed out.

As a special treat I took the kids to the movies to see The Lion King with the Quaine family.

We then went back to the caravan for lunch and got ready to go fishing. Bronte didn’t want to go so she stayed with the Quaine family and we took one of their girls.

First we went to Fisherman’s Wharf and we saw a few fish but didn’t have any luck catching any. Josh nearly caught a decent size queenfish just as we were on our way back to the car. We then tried our luck at Bayview Marina but again no luck instead we got eaten by midges. We saw some fish and Rog saw either a very big fish or a shark.

We then drove back to the caravan park and dropped off one Quaine girl and picked up Bronte and the other Quaine girl and we headed to Palmerston Water Park. We all had lots of fun racing down the waterslides until it was closing time.

I enjoyed watching another beautiful sunset with a glass of red. We had dinner then the boys went to the casino and while the kids were playing cards I cleaned the van.
