Night one we caught a storm after what ended as a hot day. Like each storm here so far, lots of blow and bluster but not much in the rainfall department. We woke to a cooler morning, so we packed our rucksacks and headed of for an 18k round trip to Hidden Gorge. We poked off from Broken Hill around 8.30 and found our way out of town while the temp was still in the 20's. The run to the border is rather short and soon we found our selves, posing for our photographic assistant (the tripod) for a shot before we crossed the border.
